Elite Automotive Ltd T/A Hilton Car Supermarket is acting as a credit broker and not a lender.

As a credit broker, we can introduce you to a selected group of lenders (a list is available on request) who may be able to help you finance your purchase. This group of lenders provides us with a range of products which may be suitable for your purchase. We will explain the key features of those products to you.

We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services. We may receive a commission or other benefits from finance providers if you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider. The commission or other benefits we receive may vary depending on the finance provider, the product, or the amount you borrow.

We have taken steps to ensure that before we advise, and whilst we make a recommendation, it is commensurate with your needs and financial situation. We will provide you with all the information you need on the costs of the finance, and any other charges, in a timely and understandable format to ensure you make an informed decision on your purchase.

We always aim to provide a high level of service, but if you are unhappy with our service or if something goes wrong, please contact us in the first instance so that we can try to put things right. If you remain unhappy with our service, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service:

Before the Sale, You Can Expect:

  • To have any significant and unusual exclusions or exceptions to the policy, or a background to them.
  • To have clear and full explanations where applicable, including a breakdown of all costs.
  • Details of our internal complaints and risk complaints procedure, including timescales in which we aim to resolve them and whom to refer them to when these are exhausted.

After the Sale, You Can Expect:

  • To not encounter any barriers to cancelling your policy within your cooling-off period.
  • To have any complaint dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
