Car Dealer Power 2022 – UK Dealers Pick Their Favourite Vehicle

UK vehicle dealers have voted for their Best Car of the Year.

And the award goes to ….. the Range Rover!

It is a unique Car of the Year award because it is not honoured by an Auto Magazine; rather, UK car dealers have voted for it.

Furthermore, dealerships have chosen their favourite vehicle regardless of the car franchise they represent.

In the Car Dealer Power survey, most dealerships voted for the new Range Rover.

The new fifth-generation Range Rover takes luxury and versatility to a whole new level. When we say versatility, it means you can have the SUV in various flavours to suit the need of different customers – petrol, diesel, and plug-in hybrid. You would even be able to buy an all-electric version of the Range Rover in 2024.

The dealers said that they admire the evolution of the new Range Rover, as Land Rover updated its essential aspects.

A dealer said: “It’s the Range Rover we all know and love but only better.”

A step below the Range Rover is the new Nissan Ariya.

It is a new all-electric crossover from Nissan that will compete with a bunch of other new EVs in the UK market.

“It’s great to see Nissan being serious about EVs again,” a dealer said.

Apart from the Ariya and Range Rover, the new Dacia Jogger also received lots of accolades.

The seven-seat multi-purpose vehicle boasts SUV styling, and dealers love this fact. Besides, the price starts at just below £17,000, offering exceptional value for money.

Some dealers said they are unhappy with the automakers who are not offering great value-for-money vehicles and admired Dacia for developing vehicles for people who don’t desire to buy an SUV EV right now.
