Hilton Car Supermarket Honors Excellence at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2024

Hilton Car Supermarket proudly supports the people and businesses shaping the motor trade industry. The company is very happy to sponsor the Employer of the Year award and Independent Sales Manager of The Year award at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2024!

This event is iconic. You might even call it the Oscars of the motor trade! It shines a light on the best in motor retail. There’re 34 categories that recognise people who go above and beyond in everything from leadership to customer service.

For us, the Employer of the Year award means a lot. We think businesses are only as strong as the people working for them. It’s really important to us to celebrate companies that invest in their teams and care about employee well-being, plus create an atmosphere where talent can flourish.

The Motor Trader Industry Awards has judges who know the motor retail business inside out. This panel includes representatives from the Motor Ombudsman, industry trade bodies, seasoned business journalists, some of whom have decades of experience in the motor trade, as well as experienced suppliers.

Participants in retail categories need to provide answers to entry questions along with a variety of supporting documents specifically tailored to meet the criteria for each category.

The judges will evaluate each submission, scoring every nomination based on its individual merit in relation to the category criteria.

After this, the judging panel will convene to discuss their assessments and scores, determining the finalists and winners for 2024!

Scheduled for November 20, 2024, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, this event is sure to be a night to remember. With a fancy black-tie dinner and afterparty, it’s a chance to celebrate, connect, and honor the hard work in our industry.
