Hilton Car Supermarket Wins Diversity & Inclusivity Award At Used Car Awards 2024

The Used Car Awards 2024, held on November 25th, brought us immense joy. We took home the Diversity & Inclusivity award and earned a "highly commended" nod as the Best Used Car Supermarket in the UK. It was an unforgettable experience.

Mike Brewer, the TV personality from Wheeler Dealers, hosted the event, which Black Horse sponsored. 31 awards were handed out. Brewer's energy lit up the room, making every winner feel truly celebrated. We couldn’t have asked for a more exciting atmosphere.

Judging Criteria

Tough competition this year, no question about it. Brewer, along with the judging team, combed through heaps of entries. They didn’t just glance at them, either. Online reviews? Checked. Auto Trader, Google—you name it, they scoured it.

What people said mattered a lot!

How many reviews were out there? Their ratings? Size of the dealership? How long they’d been in the game? Category of Stocks?

Every little detail was weighed carefully.

It didn’t end with reviews, though. To make it this far, each nominee had to send in submissions. Afterwards? Mystery shoppers came in, testing businesses firsthand.
